The Kenaniah model is the result of many years of a guitar player's dream finally made manifest through John Mark Hampton's hands. When we commissioned an electric guitar to be built by Moriah, I didn't expect to be invited in on the process, but John Mark went above and beyond to not just get my input but to invite me into a collaborative project with him. What an honor to be able to pour out my heart as an artist with a full wish list, and to then be able to visit the shop whenever I wanted and collaborate!

You simply have to see one of these in person to truly appreciate how art and music can truly come together in one stunning package. Each of them enhance my worship and challenge me to always bring my best for the Lord each week.

The moment I first played my Tabor guitar, I was instantly in love.  To start, it is absolutely beautiful.  Truly a work of art.  The craftsmanship is second to none.  Every inch of the guitar has been meticulously crafted to draw out the natural beauty of the wood.  The finish is smooth as silk.

Throughout my journey of 49 years of being a guitarist I’ve always dreamed, looked at what professional guitarists were playing. I’ve had a few guitars made, and they never met the real qualifications and specs that would shape and make an impact in my life and others.

I am a lucky person to have beautiful Moriah guitar, made with love by John Mark Hampton. It is one of the nicest instruments I have ever owned, and I get compliments on a regular basis, both for the way it looks, and the way it sounds.

I was introduced to Moriah Guitars’ founder, master builder and luthier, John Mark Hampton, by a fellow musician when I needed one of my acoustic guitars repaired.
